Problem/Need : Affluent lodging company with multible hotels in Hawaii are showing below average occupancy in a 45 day period and DM needs to bump this up fast.

Solution: Without compromising rate, strategic e-broadcasts were designed for specific affluent zip codes and agents and agencies of 5 affluent consortiums. E-broadcasts brought agents to a specially designed travel agent portal then linked directly to booking system.

End Result: Occupancy levels for time period of question were exceeded but more important, daily expenditures for same time period were up substantially which was the result of reaching the affluent consortiums. Ten thousand emails were sent, 463 agents went to the custom portal, 19 bookings were captured.
