Matrix Media Webcast - Hawaii Tourism Authority Marketing Update 2005 - Major Success

The Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) presented Matrix Media with the following Challenge:

Challenge
Conducting an Marketing Update at Hawaii Convention Center but many potential participants from outer islands, the mainland and other countries will not attend due to travel/lodging cost, traffic issues and lost productivity attending the event. The available webcasting option available were not cost effective and we have a limited budget.

Solution
Purchase of Matrix Media Webcasting services to facilitate, coordinate and execute an cost effective webcasting solution utilizing "user friendly" technology.

Result
Major success! - Over 100+ participated via Matrix Media's Webcast. This enable Hawaii Tourism Authority to have many more people participate in the event. The costs came well below other competitive bids, saving thousand of dollars. More importantly, HTA now has a new tool that enables them to conduct events and have virtual participants who would otherwise not attend the event.
